HZS concrete mixing plant is developed and designed reasonably based on JS1000E concrete mixer according to market demand. It is comprised of aggregate supply system, weighing system, mixing system, electric control system and electric system and so on. The theretical productivity is 40m3?h and discharging height is 4000mm. It can be used to mix all kinds of concrete and is applied for construction project above the medium-scale, water and electricity, road, port, airport and bridge. It can also be used for the large and medium scale precast, commercial concrete plant nd brick production plant.
The plant can store two kinds of aggregate synchronally. The aggregate feeding is realized by the loader, and it can be equipped with the cement silo and screw conveyor. The aggregate, addictive, water and cement adopt electric scales. The mixer is two shaft sationary and has the characteristics of high quality and and high efficiency. (The cement silo and screw conveyor are specially orderes by customers.) |
